Reservations & Payments

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is required for a reservation to be considered valid.
The remaining amount is paid in cash upon arrival.
The accommodation tax is payable in cash upon arrival. It is 8 euros per night.
We accept payments by cash, or bank transfer.

Cancellations

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation less than 30 days: the deposit is 50% refundable.
Cancellation less than 14 days: the deposit is not refundable.
No-show without notification: full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in: from 15:00 to 21:00 pm.
Check-out: until 11:00 am.
Early check-in or late check-out possible upon prior arrangement.

Accommodation

• Smoking is prohibited indoors.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Guests are kindly requested to respect the privacy.

• The entry and stay of persons not included in the reservation of the house is not permitted.
  
  Relatives are allowed to visit the house for a short period of time and provided that the owner is informed.

• The aircondition must be set to 24 degrees not lower. When you leave the house you must switch of the device.

• Any damage to the room or equipment will be charged to the guest.

Services & Amenities

• Free Wi-Fi in all areas.

• House cleaning and linen change every 5 days.

• Pool maintenance is every 2nd day early in the morning. Luggage storage available.
